For many  generations my family have been artisans of the City of Dublin; butchers, dairy men, bacon curers, fishermen, market gardeners, brewers. Our connection with the city is as close today as it always was. My passion is to share  new beer with my local area, to give something of me and my city to you. 

We were local, organic, recycling, making-do people out of nesessity, long before it was popular. Our  beers are a reflection of our values, wholesome, of exemplery quality and really very good .

Let's drink beer our grandfathers would be proud of.

P60 Dublin Pale

abv. 6.0%

An authentic West Coast flavour brewed with an Irish heart. Only quality Irish Malts used with Washington’s Cascade, Summit, Warrior and Nugget Hops.

Weighing in at 57 IBUs we get a refreshing taste while still holding the short finish that we pride ourselves in preserving.

P50 - Dublin Ale

abv. 5.0%

A robust & easy-drinking Irish Ale. 

Only the finest quality Irish malt used with Washington State’s highly prized hops; Colombus, Nugget & Summit.

Through the use of fresh yeast with high attenuation we achieve a clean malty taste & a crisp, short finish. Weighs in at 35 IBUs. 

P45 - Dublin Stout.

abv. 4.5%

The authentic taste of traditional Dublin stout. Only quality Irish barley used; roasted rolled and malted. Brewed with East Kent Golding hops.

At 40 IBUs P45 has a medium finish and the great flavour that our grandfather’s enjoyed. Unfiltered and unpasteurised

P42 Dublin Pils

abv. 4.5%

It takes time, lots of time to brew great pilsener beer with a crisp finish.

We use special yeasts from ancient Bohemia, great German hops, cool fermentation and allow the beer to mature for 40 days and 40
nights. A pils with quality unsurpassed in modern beers.

P45, P50 AND P60 ARE AVAILABLE IN DRURY BUILDINGS, DRURY STREET & L'GUEULETON ON FADE STREET.
